3. Account Registration

KYC Verification

• Failure to complete KYC may result in account limitations

4. Services Description

QuickPay provides the following services:

• Digital wallet for storing and managing funds
• Money transfer to other QuickPay users
• Bill payments (electricity, water, gas, etc.)
• Mobile recharge and DTH services
• Cashback and rewards programs
• Withdrawal to bank accounts
• Transaction history and statements

5. Fees and Charges

Transaction Fees

• We may charge fees for certain transactions and services
• All fees will be clearly disclosed before transaction confirmation
• Fees are subject to change with prior notice
• Some promotional offers may waive fees temporarily

Withdrawal Charges

• Bank withdrawals may incur processing fees
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply
• Processing time varies by payment method

6. Wallet and Transactions

Adding Funds

• You can add funds via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards
• All deposits are subject to verification
• We may limit deposit amounts based on KYC status
• Funds are added to your wallet instantly in most cases

Transaction Limits

• Daily and monthly transaction limits apply
• Limits may be increased with full KYC verification
• We reserve the right to modify limits for security reasons

Transaction Reversals

• Completed transactions are generally irreversible
• Refunds may be processed for failed or disputed transactions
• Refund timelines vary by transaction type

7. Cashback and Rewards

• Cashback offers are subject to specific terms and conditions
• Cashback is credited within the specified timeframe
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel offers at any time
• Fraudulent activities may result in cashback forfeiture
• Cashback cannot be withdrawn as cash in most cases

8. Referral Program

• Earn rewards by referring friends to QuickPay
• Referred users must complete registration and KYC
• Referral rewards are subject to program terms
• Creating fake accounts to earn rewards is prohibited
• We may modify or terminate the program at any time

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use QuickPay for illegal activities or money laundering
• Create multiple accounts or use fake identities
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Use bots or automated tools to access our services
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Sell or transfer your account to others

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We May Suspend or Terminate Your Account If:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity
• You provide false or misleading information
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

Your Rights Upon Termination:

• You may withdraw remaining balance (subject to verification)
• All pending transactions will be processed or refunded
• We will provide account closure confirmation

11. Liability and Disclaimers

Service Availability

QuickPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of information displayed in the app
• Security from unauthorized access or data breaches
• Compatibility with all devices and operating systems

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you
• We are not responsible for third-party services or products
• We are not liable for losses due to your negligence

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QuickPay harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit

13. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, trademarks, and software are owned by QuickPay
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
• You retain ownership of content you upload (profile pictures, etc.)
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for service provision

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Dispute Process

• Contact our support team to resolve disputes informally
• If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted in Chandigarh, India
• Courts in Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

• Website updates

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
